Camber Sands is one of the area’s best places for active days by the water, with wide open beach, coastal winds and nearby tuition centres offering activities such as kitesurfing, wingfoiling, windsurfing, sailing and stand-up paddleboarding.

Lessons and hire should usually be booked in advance, especially in busier holiday periods. Rye Watersports offers courses close to Camber, while Be-Rad Watersports also runs lessons locally.
